1. Introduction
Welcome to DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE (“DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE”, “Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, educational information, enquiry facilities, communication services, messaging services, forms, applications, notifications, and other services made available by DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE through its website, digital platforms, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, telephone, email, or other authorised communication channels.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course or educational service, communicating with us, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Where a particular service has additional terms, admission rules, fee policies, course-specific conditions, forms, or agreements, those provisions shall apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement relating to a particular educational service, the specific agreement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
2. Definitions

“Institute” means DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE.
“Website” means the website or online platform operated by or on behalf of DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE.

“WhatsApp” means the WhatsApp services and business communication infrastructure provided by Meta/WhatsApp.
“RCS” means Rich Communication Services or RCS for Business services made available through applicable Google, carrier, telecom or messaging infrastructure.
“Personal Data” means information relating to an identifiable individual, including information that may identify a student, parent, guardian, prospective student, staff member, or other user.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a student, you confirm that you have the authority to provide information and consent on that student’s behalf where legally permitted.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.
Your continued use of our services after publication of updated Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Description of Services
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE provides educational and related services according to its current offerings.
Services may include, depending upon availability:
- Educational and academic programmes;
- Training or coaching services;
- Student enquiries and counselling;
- Course information;
- Admission-related assistance;
- Educational notifications;

- WhatsApp communications;
- RCS communications;

- Other educational services introduced by the Institute.
The Institute reserves the right to modify, discontinue, add or remove services, courses, schedules, facilities or communication methods where reasonably necessary.
Information published on the website is intended for general informational purposes. Course availability, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements and other programme details may be changed from time to time.
5. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are legally capable of using the applicable service.
Where a service involves a student who is a minor, registration, consent, payment, or other contractual actions may need to be completed by the student’s parent or lawful guardian.
Users must provide accurate information and must not misrepresent their identity, relationship with a student, educational status, or authority to act on another person’s behalf.
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE may refuse or suspend access where information is materially inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading or provided without appropriate authority.
6. Account Registration
Certain services may require users to submit registration information.
You agree that information supplied during registration, admission, enquiry or communication will be accurate, complete and reasonably current.
Where an account, login credential, application number, password, OTP or similar authentication mechanism is provided, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for activities performed through your authorised account.
You must promptly notify DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that it is being misused, impersonated, accessed without authorisation, or used contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
- Impersonate another person;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems;
- Interfere with website or communication infrastructure;
- Upload malicious software;
- Abuse enquiry or messaging facilities;
- Use our communication channels for unlawful purposes;
- Scrape, copy or commercially exploit our content without permission;
- Send abusive, threatening, defamatory or unlawful communications;
- Attempt to circumvent security measures;
- Use another individual’s personal information without appropriate authority; or
- Use our WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or email channels for unsolicited or unauthorised messaging.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to the Institute is accurate.
8. Payment & Billing Terms
Where a service requires payment, the applicable fee, payment schedule and applicable taxes will be communicated before or during registration.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, fees must be paid through the payment method authorised or communicated by DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE.
Users should retain payment confirmations and receipts.
Third-party payment gateways may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not request users to disclose passwords, PINs, OTPs or confidential banking credentials through ordinary WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or email communications.
Where fees are refundable, cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the applicable course, admission, enrolment or written fee policy.
The Institute reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or billing errors and to communicate any applicable correction before processing a transaction.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
Where DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE offers a recurring service or subscription, the applicable renewal period, price and cancellation provisions will be disclosed before the user subscribes.
A subscription may automatically renew only where such renewal is clearly disclosed and legally permitted.
Users may request cancellation according to the applicable service terms.
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE may suspend or terminate access where:
- Fees remain unpaid;
- The user materially breaches these Terms;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- The service is discontinued;
- Required third-party infrastructure becomes unavailable; or
- Suspension is reasonably necessary for security, legal or compliance reasons.
Termination shall not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE may use authorised WhatsApp Business/Meta messaging infrastructure and RCS for Business or related communication infrastructure to communicate with students, parents, prospective students and other users.
Such communications may include:
- Admission information;
- Course information;
- Enquiry responses;
- Class or schedule information;
- Educational reminders;
- Examination notifications;
- Transactional updates;
- Service-related alerts;
- Support communications; and
- Promotional or informational communications where appropriate consent and applicable policy requirements are satisfied.
Our use of WhatsApp and RCS is subject to the applicable terms, policies, technical requirements and compliance standards of Meta, WhatsApp, Google, telecom operators and other relevant providers.
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not represent that WhatsApp, RCS or any other third-party messaging platform is owned or controlled by the Institute.
RCS for Business policies require businesses to maintain appropriate terms and privacy disclosures and obtain required consents. Google’s current acceptable-use requirements also require clear notice and consent before soliciting users and require businesses to respect opt-out requests.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE aims to send relevant and lawful communications only.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Obtain appropriate user consent before initiating communications where required;
- Clearly identify the Institute;
- Avoid misleading messages;
- Respect opt-out requests;
- Maintain appropriate records of consent and communication preferences;
- Avoid excessive or abusive messaging;
- Use messaging channels for legitimate educational or service-related purposes;
- Follow applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies;
- Follow applicable RCS policies;
- Follow telecom and anti-spam requirements applicable in India; and
- Process personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Message delivery may depend upon internet connectivity, mobile networks, telecom operators, device compatibility, platform availability, user settings and third-party infrastructure.
Accordingly, DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not guarantee that every WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or email message will be delivered immediately or successfully.
If you no longer wish to receive optional promotional or informational messages, you may use the available unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism or contact us directly.
For messaging services, users should not rely solely on message delivery for urgent or legally significant matters unless the Institute has expressly stated otherwise.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the website, Institute name, logos, branding, text, graphics, educational materials, documents, designs, photographs, videos and other original content made available by DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE are owned by or licensed to the Institute.
Users may access and use such content for legitimate personal educational purposes.
No user may reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, license, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Institute content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property from DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE to a user.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website and digital services are provided on an “as available” basis.
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not warrant that:
- The website will always be available;
- Services will be uninterrupted;
- All content will always be error-free;
- Third-party communication platforms will always operate;
- Every message will be delivered;
- Website content will always be completely current; or
- Digital services will be free from technical interruptions.
The Institute will, however, make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, accuracy and availability of its services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the website or third-party communication platforms.
The Institute shall not be responsible for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including network failures, telecom outages, platform outages, internet disruptions, device issues, cyber incidents affecting third-party infrastructure, natural disasters, government restrictions or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE, its authorised personnel and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
- The user’s unlawful use of the services;
- Breach of these Terms;
- Fraudulent or misleading information supplied by the user;
- Unauthorised use of another person’s personal information;
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights; or
- Violation of applicable law caused by the user’s conduct.
This provision does not require a user to indemnify the Institute for losses caused by the Institute’s own unlawful conduct.
17. Governing Law (India)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or services of DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Nashik, Maharashtra.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer or other protected person from exercising any statutory right to approach a competent authority, forum or court where such right cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to Terms
DNYANDEEP EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or third-party platform policies.
The updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where a change is material, the Institute may provide an additional notice through an appropriate communication channel where reasonably practicable.
